farmstead

Yes, it is artisan cheese. However, it also carries the more rare designation of farmstead cheese. At Jollity Farm, we create our cheeses only from the milk that is produced by the animals that we care for and love. All our cheeses are made here at our creamery.

seasonal

Please be aware that our cheese availability is seasonal. Chevre is available 10 to 12 months a year. Feta is a warm weather cheese. Cajeta and ricotta are only made in the cooler months of the year.

Chevre
Plain goat cheese, soft and creamy mixed with only salt. Available year-round.

Feta
Not too many dairies make feta like this anymore. It is labor intensive but it is a labor of love. Cut by hand, salted by hand. Sold in small blocks with a briney whey or cut up for ease of use. Typically available spring through fall.

Garlic Dill Chevre
Our best seller! Chevre mixed with fresh pressed garlic and dried dill ~ often we use the garlic grown here on the farm. Typically available year-round.

Habanero Chevre
Same yummy chevere mixed with fresh habaneros available only when peppers are fresh & tasty. Typically available summer through fall. This cheese is also often made with the peppers we grow here at the farm.

Italian Farmhouse
One of our raw milk cheeses. Typically available fall through spring.

Cranberry Chevre
Plain chevre with dried cranberries. Instant cheese plate! Try it on turkey sandwich. Typically available fall through winter.

Old Goat
A white mold goat cheese. This bloomy rind cheese changes with the season, but never fails to delight. When young, it is soft and creamy with a thin rind. Aged a bit longer the rind thickens and the flavor becomes sharper with a tart finish. Try it with a good bread, fresh fruit and honey! Typlically available only for a short period when the conditions in our aging cave are just right (temperature and humidity).

Cajeta
Goat milk caramel. What can we say? It is just plain magic. Great on ice cream, dipping apples, and OH SO good in COFFEE! (Or just eat with a spoon. 😉 ) 8 oz tub. Only made in the cooler months of the year, as it really heats up the make room!
